What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and movement evaluations.
Design individualized, evidence-based exercise programs for clients of all ages and abilities.
Deliver exceptional one-on-one and semi-private personal training sessions.
Track client progress and modify programs to ensure continual improvement.
Educate clients on exercise technique, recovery, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Build genuine relationships that keep clients motivated and committed to their goals.
Collaborate with teammates to provide an exceptional client experience.
Maintain accurate session notes and client records.
Help create a welcoming, energetic, and professional studio culture.
What We're Looking For
Current nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent), or actively working toward certification.
CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain before starting).
Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, exercise physiology, and strength training principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, dependable, organized, and coachable.
Positive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
Team-oriented with a desire to continue learning and growing.
Comfortable working with beginners, older adults, post-rehabilitation clients, and special populations.
