Position: Fitness Coach

We’re looking for energetic, knowledgeable coaches who:

Inspire and connect with members

Deliver engaging, heart rate–based group workouts

Offer smart, safe exercise guidance and form corrections

What We Offer:

Compensation:

$20–$65 per class (based on class size and experience)

Performance-based raise after 90 days (Elite Coach evaluation)

What You’ll Need:

Current AED/CPR certification

Valid fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider

Strong knowledge of exercise science and group training

A passion for helping others reach their goals

Position Overview

We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel seen, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts

Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals

Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety if our priority!

Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits

Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout.

Positive attitude and being a team player
