Be an expert on heart-rate-based training and always stay one step ahead of the competition

Who You Are: A certified coach with one of the following:
ACE CPT / Group Fitness
NASM CPT
AFAA Group Fitness
NSCA CPT or CSCS
ACSM CPT, Group Ex, or Certified Exercise Physiologist
CPR/AED certified
A team player with serious enthusiasm, a growth mindset, and a love for community
