We’re growing fast and need a trainer who brings the same intensity to business growth as they do to client sessions. This is not a “show up and clock in” role, this is about taking full ownership of your impact inside P-Fit’s proven system.
The Role: You’ll be the face of our workouts, the energy in the room, and a driving force behind member retention and growth. You’ll be working with P-Fit’s clients, using P-Fit’s systems, and representing P-Fit’s brand, while pushing yourself to make the business stronger every day.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-energy group and personal training sessions using P-Fit’s proven methods.
Engage with clients before, during, and after sessions to keep retention high.
Actively contribute to business growth through referrals, events, and community outreach.
Follow our systems to protect client relationships and maintain brand consistency.
