Personal Trainer / Performance Coach Position Description

Resultz Only Fitness | House of Resultz

Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive hourly or salaried (performance- and leadership-track based)

    WHO WE ARE

Resultz Only Fitness is a performance-based training studio, not a volume gym.

    We develop:

    Clients who get results

    Coaches who become leaders

A culture built on discipline, energy, accountability, and community

Coaching here is a career path, not a side hustle.

    ROLE SUMMARY

As a Performance Coach at Resultz Only Fitness, you are responsible for three outcomes:

    Elite client experience

    Retention, referrals, and revenue growth

    Leadership on the floor

Every coach is expected to coach, communicate, and contribute to the business.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    CLIENT EXPERIENCE & RETENTION

Deliver high-energy, engaging training sessions that clients are excited to attend.

Ensure every client feels safe, supported, challenged, and seen.

Coach actively throughout the session—cueing, correcting, encouraging.

Monitor client engagement, morale, and effort in real time.

Create experiences that go beyond the workout.

    COMMUNITY & CULTURE

Foster a welcoming, inclusive, high-standard environment.

Encourage camaraderie, accountability, and interaction among clients.

Uphold and reinforce the House of Resultz culture daily.

Ensure new clients feel immediately welcomed and integrated.

SALES, COMMUNICATION & BUSINESS IMPACT (REQUIRED)

This is a performance-based role with a sales component.

    All coaches are expected to:

Confidently communicate gym offerings, programs, and upgrades.

Support consultations, conversions, and client retention efforts.

Identify opportunities for clients to progress within the system.

Reinforce value, outcomes, and commitment—without pressure tactics.

Understand that great coaching drives revenue, and revenue fuels opportunity.

Coaches who avoid sales conversations or responsibility will not advance.

    COACHING STANDARDS

    SESSION EXECUTION

Start every session on time with a strong, confident introduction.

Clearly demonstrate movements with emphasis on safety and form.

Provide regressions, progressions, and alternatives as needed.

Remain fully engaged—no sitting, no disengagement, no unnecessary phone use.

Coach the room with purpose and presence.

    CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

Interact with every client multiple times per session.

Provide consistent encouragement, feedback, and correction.

Move continuously throughout the training floor.

    TACTILE CUEING

Always ask for permission before physical corrections.

Use knuckles—not fingers—when providing tactile cues.

    END-OF-SESSION

    Reserve final 5 minutes for:

    Client connection

    Progress reinforcement

    Community building

    Clean and organize all equipment.

Prepare the facility for the next session or coach.

    SHIFT EXPECTATIONS

Arrive 5–10 minutes early, prepared and in uniform.

Be showered, professional, and mentally ready to coach.

Review and display workouts before clients arrive.

Know current promotions and speak to them confidently.

Greet every client by name within 10 seconds of entry.
