We’re seeking a Holistic Personal Trainer who thrives at the intersection of strength, recovery, and real-life function. This role is ideal for a trainer who wants to specialize in working with those navigating:
Pregnancy & postpartum recovery
Hormonal shifts: peri/menopause, cycle training, optimizing fertility
Medical rehab & returning to movement after injury
You’ll be supported with mentorship, continuing education, and a collaborative team of physical and occupational therapists who share your mission: to help clients build strength, move confidently, and feel at home in their bodies.
Responsibilities:
Train the Whole Person: Design individualized programs that respect hormonal changes, stress, energy levels, and goals—from injury rehab to long-term strength along a roadmap towards their goals.
Bridge Rehab & Strength: Collaborate with our therapy team to support clients returning from injury or pelvic floor dysfunction.
Coach with Compassion: Listen, educate, and motivate clients—help them navigate setbacks and celebrate progress.
Commit to Growth: Participate in ongoing mentorship and trainings, including courses on pelvic health, menopause, and postpartum recovery.
Create a Safe Space: Build trust and connection with women of all ages and backgrounds, making our studio a space of support and empowerment.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, or similar)
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
Experience or strong interest in postpartum, pregnancy, and hormonal health
Interest in injury rehab and returning to movement after medical events
Emotionally intelligent and communicative—someone who meets clients where they are
Lifelong learner who’s curious, coachable, and eager to grow
