What You'll Do
Coach 30-minute small-group (max 5 clients) and personal training sessions
Deliver safe, high-energy, science-based strength workouts
Build strong relationships and create an exceptional client experience
Coach technique, motivate members, and celebrate progress
Conduct consultations and help welcome new members
Attend team meetings and continue developing your coaching skills
What We're Looking For
Exercise Science degree or nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
Experience with personal training or small group coaching
Positive, energetic, and coachable
Strong communication skills
Passion for helping others succeed
Compensation & Benefits
$23–$30/hour (base pay + performance commissions)
