Responsibilities: • Design personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels. • Conduct one-on-one training sessions to guide clients through exercises with proper form and technique. • Motivate and support clients to help them stay consistent and committed to their fitness journey. • Monitor clients' progress regularly and adjust training programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement. • Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle choices that complement their fitness goals. • Accountability for helping clients reach their fitness goals. • Measuring and assessing the client's progress monthly. • Contributing to making Valley Fitness a clean and safe environment. Qualifications: • Certified Personal Trainer. • Strong background in exercise science and anatomy. • Experience in creating personalized workout plans. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to motivate and inspire clients. • Ability to work with people at all levels. • Knowledge of measurements and assessments. • Being passionate about helping others live a happy and healthy lifestyle. Compensation: $22 - $45 hourly
