    Gold’s Gym SoCal is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Personal Training Sales Director to lead and oversee all personal training revenue and production efforts across all locations. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving top-line growth, coaching and holding teams accountable, and collaborating closely with the VP of Fitness to execute company-wide sales and training initiatives. To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following attributes:

    MUST HAVE INDUSTRY MANAGMENT EXPERIENCE AS A GENERAL MANAGER/FITNESS MANAGER FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS

    The Personal Training Sales Directorwill have the following responsibilities:

    Own and drive all personal training revenue and production across the company.

    Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies that support growth targets for all gym locations.

    Partner with the VP of Fitness to align business strategies and ensure company goals are met or exceeded.

    Lead, coach, and develop Personal Training Managers and sales teams to meet performance benchmarks.

    Establish and execute a cadence of daily, weekly, and monthly follow-ups to ensure accountability across all teams.

    Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

    Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Training departments to support sales initiatives and campaigns.

    Support hiring, onboarding, and development of high-performing personal training and sales staff.

    Create a performance-driven culture rooted in transparency, ownership, and growth.

    MUST HAVE FITNESS EXPERIENCE - GENERAL MANAGER ROLE OR HIGHER IN THE FITNESS DEPARTMENT FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS

    Minimum of 3-5 years' experience managing or consulting in a related multi-unit, full-service business, preferably in the fitness industry.

    Proven track record of success in leading and driving sales within a full-service business.

    Experience in consulting or strategy development within a related industry.

    Proficient in managing a P&L in a related industry.

    Ability to develop and implement innovative and strategic initiatives within a growth-oriented company.

    Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse and senior team.

    Passionate and knowledgeable about the fitness industry.

    Comprehensive understanding of the Personal Training industry.

    Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant industry experience preferred.

    This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs. Standing, for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform are also required
