We’re looking for a driven Fitness Sales Expert to fuel our growth—someone who lives for fitness, thrives on sales, and speaks both English and Spanish.

PT Earnings: Commissions from $500-$1,700+, bonuses from $250-$2,000+.

Sales: Sit down with members, dig into their fitness dreams, and match them with the perfect training packages.

Leads: Hit the phones, reach out to prospects and members, and line up consultations or free sessions.

Sessions: Lead intro training sessions to let clients feel the training magic firsthand.

Speak the Language: Connect seamlessly in English and Spanish with our diverse crowd.

Boost Memberships: Step in for tours and lend a hand at the desk when needed.

Targets: Reach monthly sales goals while keeping members stoked and satisfied.

What You Bring

Sales: 2+ years in sales—bonus if it’s fitness or service-related.

Fitness: Know your way around workouts, programming, and nutrition basics.

Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and Spanish—no exceptions.

People Skills: Bold communicator who can bond fast and seal the deal.

Certification: Personal training certification is a plus—get it within 90 days if not.

Motivated: Hungry, goal-focused, and fired up to help people win at fitness.
