Our fitness studio is busy, and we’re looking for a trainer who can confidently lead high-energy group classes while also delivering impactful one-on-one coaching. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop personalized training plans, and help them improve their movement patterns in a functional, strength-focused environment. Responsibilities also include recording client data, updating training plans, contributing to content needs, and assisting with studio flow during peak hours. Qualifications: • Demonstrated expertise in strength-based training, functional movement, and leading engaging group fitness classes. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and establish meaningful connections with clients across all ages and fitness levels. • Proficiency in modifying exercises to accommodate diverse goals, abilities, and limitations. • Previous experience in a fitness studio, gym, or similar environment is highly desirable. • A bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related discipline is a strong advantage. Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 per year DOE
