About the Team: As the Customer Service Representative, you will work and report directly and dynamically with the Customer Service Manager. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide information on product/services and resolve any emerging problems. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and CSRs gather that feedback. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. CSR Job Duties: Field incoming calls and customer service inquiries sent through chat and email Generate sales leads that develop into new customers Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and productivity metrics Keep clear, organized records of all customer interactions and process customer requests/concerns Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Go the extra mile to engage customers This Should Describe You: Possesses a passion for providing customers with the best experience - not just a good one Enjoys making people happy Has a sense of personal responsibility & integrity Is organized & Pay close attention to detail Has patience and a respectful candor Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is hard-working, self-motivating, and dependable Enjoys interacting with other people & solving problems Requirements: Pass a background check Computer literacy (experience with Gimp or Photoshop is a plus, though not required for this position) 2 years of experience working in a customer service role Strong phone skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Digital design experience is preferred How to Apply: All bullets are required.
