    The Sales Operations Administrator will be responsible for building tools within the Salesforce CRM  to assist the Sales Operations team with all reporting, workflow, process and data integrity relating to it. She/he will also spearhead the overall build project management, optimization and roll out of successfully completed projects that align with team and company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have5-7 years of experience in a SaaS company, and excels working in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is a must.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Support our sales team and sales process by responding to and prioritizing requests, enhancements, and suggesting improvements. 

    • Review and process quotes and contracts accurately and timely to ensure compliance to company policies. 

    • Provide support for cross-functional projects, including those with marketing, products, and operations. 

    • Participate in the sales planning process including territory design, designating strategic accounts, quotas, compensation plan design, and more. 

    • Coordinate new hire onboarding and training our new hires on our internal systems. 

    • Create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to accelerate information-to-action at scale 

    • Scale our processes so the sales team can operate more efficiently as we grow. 

    • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • 3+ years' experience working in a sales operations function or similar role 

    • 3+ years' hands-on experience with Salesforce required, CPQ knowledge is a plus 

    • Independent and Entrepreneurial – ability to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to interact with many different people at all levels 

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel 

    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, time-management and organization skills
