Job Description
The Personnel Assistant II provides advanced personnel support and analysis within the Human Resources/Multiple Personnel Functions (HR/MPF) environment. This role supports complex customer issues, maintains personnel program records, and ensures compliance with Air Force standards. The position requires sound judgment, regulatory awareness, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customers with complex personnel and benefits-related inquiries.
Assist in program-level management and coordination of MPF initiatives.
Conduct data reviews and integrity checks on personnel systems.
Apply understanding of AF personnel regulations to ensure accurate service delivery.

Analytical ability for data validation and issue resolution.
Knowledge of AF personnel systems and administrative procedures.
