Qualifications
Requirements:
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent professional experience required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience in an office environment
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in a scheduling function utilizing resource scheduling systems
- Prior experience working in a 24/7 broadcast operation
- Prior experience with employee time keeping system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Strong computer skills required, especially Microsoft Office products including, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Proven administrative and organizational skills
- Strong client service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure, team-oriented environment, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Demonstrates understanding of workplace policies, business practices

- This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
