    <p><strong>Sr IT Technical Lead</strong></p><p><strong></strong><strong>Location: </strong>The Woodlands, TX</p><p><strong>Type: </strong>Direct Hire / FT<br /></p><p><strong>Sr IT Technical Lead</strong><strong> Summary</strong></p><p>This highly technical, hands-on IT Lead will manage IT Support Staff and lead the team to provide excellent technical support/service. The incumbent will also provide organization in this fast paced and dynamic environment.  </p><p><strong>Sr IT Technical Lead</strong><strong> Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify areas that may benefit from process improvement to enhance service delivery.</li><li>Provide technical assistance / support for incoming IT issues.</li><li>Employ expertise in system administration, management, and performance tuning techniques.</li><li>Act as lead and direct resources to support optimization of IT services</li><li>Function as technical liaison for IT Support related project activities.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the IT Support team.</li><li>Advanced Installation, modification, and repair computer hardware and software. </li></ul><p><strong>Sr IT Technical Lead</strong><strong> Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years IT Management/Lead experience</li><li>Must be experienced in ITIL (cert preferred)</li><li>Experience VOIP system (required)</li><li>Strong experience in SCCM (required)</li><li>Strong experience in MS Exchange</li><li>Strong experience in Microsoft Windows </li><li>Strong experience in Windows Server Administration</li><li>Strong experience in Active Directory </li><li>Strong experience in Systems Management tools.</li><li>Deep understanding of LDAP, AD, Messaging, DNS, DHCP, WINS, and TCP/IP networking</li><li>Experience with monitoring tools (SCOM 2012, Solarwinds, etc)</li><li>Experience in a SAN / NAS based environment</li><li>Experience with load balancers</li><li>Experience with SPAM filters</li><li>Experience with Airwatch or similar<br /></li><li>Experience with IT ticketing systems </li><li>Experience with RCA's and knowledge base management.</li><li>Experience with ThinApp, Citrix, etc.</li><li>Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics preferred</li><li>Strong written, and oral communication skills</li><li>A highly collaborative work style.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred</li></ul><p> </p>
