Job Description
Seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant a plus.
- Fast, proficient, and accurate typist.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and common office equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-starter who works well independently.
- Professional demeanor.
- Must be able to undergo a background check and drug test.
- 60 days’ workday probation.
Pay will be determined based on skill set.
