    Job Description

    Seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer and direct phone calls.
    • Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
    • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
    • Develop and maintain a filing system.
    • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED certificate.
    • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant a plus.
    • Fast, proficient, and accurate typist.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and common office equipment.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Self-starter who works well independently.
    • Professional demeanor.
    • Must be able to undergo a background check and drug test.
    • 60 days’ workday probation.

    Pay will be determined based on skill set.
