Pest Hunters of Old Bridge-Marlboro-Holmdel is hiring energetic, detail-oriented Pest Control and Holiday Lighting Sales & Service Technicians! Help protect homes and businesses from pests and brighten the community with stunning holiday light displays. What You’ll Do:

Perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial properties.

Consult with customers to assess their pest concerns and recommend tailored solutions.

Educate clients on pest prevention tips and seasonal lighting options.

Safely install and maintain holiday lighting displays for homes and businesses (primarily October–January).

Maintain accurate records of services and customer interactions.

Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.

Ensure safety and quality standards are met at every job.

Collaborate with a team that values professionalism, communication, and a little fun!

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in various conditions.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Pest control certification or field experience.

Experience with outdoor lighting, roofing, or ladder work.

Customer service, sales, or home services background.

A passion for helping others and solving problems.
