Potential candidates will be expected to display the following characteristics:

• Establish and maintain working relationships with a growing customer base...re upselling potential.
• Educate and demonstrate current solutions with Phone relationships; adjust to fast a paced and changing environment.
• Maintain effective results by adhering to company standards. Communicate and work well with others.
• Be an excellent Prospector on Phone re great referral program we have where customers & charity win.
• Assist in the hiring and management of Qualified Sales /Techs folks whether in the growing pest control field.

Candidate must: Have Proven Three Year Sales or Mgmt. experience with an emphasis on Inside Sales.

Our company also engages in Rodent, Snake & Pest Control, & Termite Prevention. Candidate, if hired full time, must commit to Basic education in these other fields which will increase Compensation to Candidate.
