About the Role:

Join ACHA HOLDINGS LLC DBA The Mosquito Swat Team as a Pest Control Technician 7A, where you'll play a vital role in protecting homes and businesses from pesky pests. This exciting position offers you the opportunity to work outdoors and make a real difference in the community while being part of a dedicated team. We offer commission on all the properties you service after your training period is complete.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and potential threats.

Apply industry-standard pest control treatments using safe and effective methods.

Communicate with customers to explain services and provide expert advice.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with pest control techniques.

Assist in the development of pest management plans tailored to customer needs.

Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

Valid Missouri pest control license or ability to obtain one.

Previous experience in pest control or a related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Customer-focused attitude and a passion for service excellence.
