About the Role:

Action Termite and Pest Control Inc is looking for a motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team in Toms River, NJ! Responsibilities:

Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and conducive conditions

Apply pesticides, baits, and other treatment solutions in accordance with safety regulations and label instructions

Perform termite inspections and treatments, including liquid applications and baiting systems

Develop and communicate integrated pest management (IPM) plans to customers

Maintain accurate service records, treatment logs, and customer documentation

Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on prevention and treatment options

Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and chemical inventory

Requirements:

Valid NJ Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain one upon hire

Prior pest control or extermination experience preferred but not required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify pest activity and entry points

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently, manage a route, and stay organized

Comfortable working in various environments including attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
