While we welcome experienced operators to apply, no previous experience in pest control is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel in this role. This position is ideal for someone who is ready to dive into the world of pest management, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform inspections and treatments at various sites, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties, to manage insect, rodent, and other pest infestations.

Operate and maintain company-provided equipment and work truck with responsibility and care.

Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures to protect the health and well-being of self, clients, and the public.

Provide outstanding customer service, including addressing clients' questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of treatments performed.

Stay informed of the latest pest control techniques and regulations through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

No previous experience in pest control required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

High level of dependability and responsibility.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Comfortable working with insects, in heights, and unsanitary conditions.

Must possess a safety-first mindset.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to perform physical tasks and lift weights up to 50 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent.
