Pest Control Technician Full Time • Greenwood, IN

About the Role

Certified Lawns is hiring a Pest Control Technician to apply insecticide treatments to residential properties. This includes perimeter pest control and mosquito control using backpack fogging equipment. This is an outdoor, route-based role where you will work independently throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

Apply pest control treatments in accordance with company standards, product labels, and all applicable safety regulations.

Perform mosquito control using backpack fogging equipment.

Complete daily service routes efficiently.

Maintain equipment and ensure safe, proper application.

Provide professional and reliable service to customers.

What We’re Looking For

Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving requirements.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Reliable and self-motivated.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift.

Compensation & Schedule

$20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience).

Weekly bonus opportunities available.

Monday–Friday schedule with seasonal Saturdays required.

Full-time, year-round position.

Training

No experience required. Paid training and licensing provided.
