Job Summary

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver seasonal pest control services throughout the State of Connecticut
Diagnose pest problems and implement effective IPM strategies
Provide excellent service while building customer trust
Help manage and maintain KEA’s residential and commercial properties
Maintain service logs, take photos, and complete all necessary documentation
Support our commitment to environmentally conscious pest control
Help train or guide junior technicians (if assigned)
Identify new opportunities for customer education or upsell
Keep vehicle and equipment in safe, working condition
Qualifications We're Looking For
Current Connecticut Pesticide Operator License (Required)
1+ year of pest control or related experience
A positive attitude and a passion for serving customers
Ability to work around insects, rodents, wildlife, and occasionally unsanitary conditions.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, results-driven, and coachable
Ability to lift 50 lbs., work on ladders, and perform physical outdoor work
Professional appearance and willingness to wear a company uniform. (Shirts and hats provided)
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Proficiency with smartphones, computers, email, tablets, and apps for scheduling and service logging
Knowledge of residential and light commercial pest control preferred
💲 Compensation & Perks
Pay: $21–$27/hr, based on experience and license level
Overtime Pay

Company vehicle and gas card (for field use)
