Pest Control Technician (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Location: Beaverton, OR | Greater Portland Metro Compensation: $21.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience) + performance-based bonus opportunities

Position Overview

The Pest Control Technician provides residential pest control services throughout the greater Portland metro area. This role involves field service, customer communication, route management, and compliance with state and federal safety regulations.

Paid training is provided, including support for obtaining required Oregon pest control licensing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide residential pest control services (ants, spiders, wasps, rodents, and related pests)

Document service visits using mobile routing and reporting software

Educate customers on prevention and service plans

Maintain equipment and follow all chemical handling and safety regulations

Operate and maintain a company vehicle in accordance with company standards

Identify and offer additional service options when appropriate

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Willingness to obtain required Oregon pest control licensing (training provided)

Prior pest control or service-industry experience preferred but not required

Work Environment

Field-based position with daily driving

Exposure to varying weather conditions

Physical activity including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying equipment
