About the Role:

Standard Exterminating Company is looking for a motivated Pest Control Technician/Sales professional to start our team in Cincinnati, OH! This is a dynamic dual role where you'll protect homes and businesses from pests while building lasting customer relationships and growing your book of business. If you love working independently, solving problems, and earning based on your effort — this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential and commercial pest control inspections, treatments, and follow-up services

Identify and treat infestations including insects, rodents, and other common pests

Present and sell pest control service plans to new and existing customers

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals

Accurately document service records, treatment logs, and customer information

Apply pesticides and treatments safely in accordance with state regulations and safety standards

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and service performance goals

Requirements:

Valid Ohio Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain one upon hire

Prior pest control, extermination, or field service experience preferred

Strong sales skills with a customer-first mindset

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
