Key Responsibilities

Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and conditions conducive to infestations

Accurately identify insects, rodents, and other common pests

Perform structural pest control treatments in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines

Apply pesticides, baits, traps, and exclusion methods safely and effectively

Perform pest-proofing services, including sealing entry points and recommending corrective actions

Develop and implement customized Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs for customers

Communicate treatment plans, findings, and recommendations clearly and professionally

Complete service documentation, inspection reports, and customer records accurately

Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and materials in a clean and professional manner

Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships

Qualifications

3+ years of professional residential and commercial pest control experience

New York State 7A and/or 7F Certification (preferred)

Knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, exclusion techniques, and pesticide safety practices

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and effectively manage a daily service route

Ability to educate customers on prevention and long-term pest management solutions

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
