Install the holiday or permanent lights to the exterior of the home or business

Uninstall the holiday lights at the end of the holiday season

The holiday lights are seasonal, running through the end of the holiday season, whereas the permanent lights could be installed any time of the year

Be at least 18 years old

Have a valid driver's license
