We pay $20/hour to start with no experience required — but we don't hire everyone who applies. We hire people who show up on time, take ownership of their work, and want to actually build a career instead of just collecting a paycheck.

Career path and compensation:
Apprentice (0–6 months): $20/hour
Wildlife Tech Level 1 (6–12 months): $22/hour + production commission + $20 per lead you generate
Wildlife Tech Level 2 (12–36 months): $24/hour + 7% sales commission + $30 per lead
Senior Technician (24–36 months): $26/hour + 10% sales commission + $50 per lead + $1,500 annual scorecard bonus
Team Lead: $28/hour + leadership bonus structure
Service Manager: Salary position with full leadership compensation package

What you'll actually do
You'll start each morning with a check in call, then run your route solo. A typical day includes:
Inspecting homes for pest and wildlife activity
Applying pest control treatments inside and outside homes
Setting and removing wildlife traps (raccoons, squirrels, rats, possums, armadillos)
Performing exclusion work — sealing roof returns, attic vents, crawl space access points
Talking to homeowners every day, explaining what you found and what you did
Documenting your work in our system before you leave each job
The work is physical. You'll be in attics in July, under crawl spaces, and on ladders. No two days look the same.
What we're looking for
We hire for attitude over experience. We can teach pest control. We can't teach work ethic.
Required:
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outside in Florida weather
Self-motivated — you're alone in the field most of the day, so we need someone who runs their route without being managed
Strong communication skills — you'll be talking to homeowners every day
Pass a background check and drug screen
What gets you hired faster:
Any prior service industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, lawn care, construction, exterminating)
Customer-facing work history with strong references
A track record of staying at jobs longer than 12 months

$1,500 annual scorecard bonus at Senior Tech and above
