We are searching for a full-time pest control technician to help keep our customers’ homes safe and comfortable. Your job duties will include investigating homes for evidence of unwanted pests, determining the best way to eliminate them, and utilizing pest control methods to keep them from coming back. Applicants should be comfortable working in the presence of all kinds of critters such as bed bugs, termites, rodents, and more. Responsibilities: • Fill out paperwork after every job to ensure we have a record of our services • Combine the correct amount of chemicals to spray over the area based on the area’s measurements • Answer any questions regarding our pest control services • Disperse the fumigants in infested areas when needed • Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants and power spraying equipment, such as wearing protective gear Qualifications: • Has clean driving record and U.S. driver’s license • Unafraid of working in close proximity to vermin, rodents, insects, and other pests • Passed the pest control license exam provided by the Department of Agriculture • Great communication skills, both verbal and written • Physically fit enough to lift 50 lbs and climb into confined spaces regularly Compensation: $42,500 - $60,000
