About the Role:

Connors Pest Pros is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pest Specialist to join our growing team in Springfield, VA! Responsibilities:

Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions

Develop and execute integrated pest management (IPM) treatment plans tailored to each customer's needs

Apply pesticides, baits, and other pest control solutions safely and in accordance with label instructions and regulations

Educate customers on pest prevention tips and communicate treatment recommendations clearly

Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and chemical usage logs

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable, professional service

Manage and restock service vehicle with necessary equipment and products

Requirements:

Valid Maryland, D.C and Virginia Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain one upon hire

Prior experience in pest control, extermination, or a related field preferred

Knowledge of common pests including rodents, insects, and wildlife

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently, manage a route, and stay organized

Comfortable working in various environments including attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions
