Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most companies talk about "growth opportunities." We built a documented career path with clearly defined expectations, responsibilities, compensation, and advancement milestones.
You will always know:
what is expected
how performance is measured
what skills you need to advance
and exactly what your compensation path looks like
Career Path & Compensation
Apprentice (0–6 months): $20/hour
Wildlife Tech Level 1 (6–12 months): $21/hour + production commission + lead bonuses
Wildlife Tech Level 2 (12–36 months): $22/hour + sales commission + increased lead bonuses

Service Manager: Salary position with full leadership compensation package
Advancement is based on performance, technical mastery, reliability, leadership, and accountability — not politics or tenure.

This is a fast-paced technical field role requiring physical endurance, strong organization, and customer-facing professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing documentation and service records accurately
Communicating findings clearly and professionally with homeowners
Managing your own daily route, timing, and workflow
You will frequently work in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and outdoors in Florida weather. No two days are exactly the same.
