We are looking for self-directed, organized, highly accountable individuals who can manage their own route, move quickly without cutting corners, and deliver a great customer experience at every stop.

If you prefer constant supervision, struggle to stay organized under pressure, or dislike physically demanding work, this role will not be a fit.

    If you are someone who:

works with urgency and stays organized

likes managing your own day and workflow

and wants a clearly defined path to advancement

    Why This Opportunity Is Different

Most companies talk about "growth opportunities." We built a documented career path with clearly defined expectations, responsibilities, compensation, and advancement milestones.

    You will always know:

    what is expected

    how performance is measured

what skills you need to advance

and exactly what your compensation path looks like

    Career Path & Compensation

    Apprentice (0–6 months): $20/hour

Wildlife Tech Level 1 (6–12 months): $21/hour + production commission + lead bonuses

Wildlife Tech Level 2 (12–36 months): $22/hour + sales commission + increased lead bonuses

Senior Technician: $23/hour + leadership incentives + annual performance bonus

Team Lead: $25/hour + leadership bonus structure

Service Manager: Salary position with full leadership compensation package

Advancement is based on performance, technical mastery, reliability, leadership, and accountability — not politics or tenure.

    What You'll Actually Do

This is a fast-paced technical field role requiring physical endurance, strong organization, and customer-facing professionalism.

    Your responsibilities will include:

Running a daily route of scheduled pest and wildlife service stops

Inspecting homes for pest and wildlife activity

Diagnosing entry points and infestation causes

Applying pest treatments and basic exclusion solutions

    Setting and removing wildlife traps

Identifying and selling recurring service and upsell opportunities

Managing documentation and service records accurately

Communicating findings clearly and professionally with homeowners

Managing your own daily route, timing, and workflow

You will frequently work in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and outdoors in Florida weather. No two days are exactly the same.

The Type of Person Who Succeeds Here

The strongest route technicians are self-directed, organized, fast-moving, customer-focused, and mentally tough. They solve problems quickly, hit a high volume of stops without sacrificing quality, handle changing schedules calmly, and take pride in keeping customers happy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, structured advancement, and being trusted with responsibility.

    What We're Looking For

    Required

Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round

Strong personal accountability and work ethic

Ability to manage a route and work independently without constant oversight

Strong attention to detail and documentation

    Clear, direct customer communication skills

Ability to handle pressure, interruptions, and shifting priorities

Pass background check and drug screening

    Strongly Preferred

Pest control, wildlife, or field service experience

Experience managing routes or working independently

    Customer-facing sales or service experience

Stable work history with demonstrated reliability

    Work Environment & Expectations

We run a structured, high-accountability operation: high standards, fast execution, consistent follow-through, strong communication, and professionalism. This is not a "clock in and coast" environment. We reward ownership, discipline, reliability, and initiative.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Defined advancement and compensation structure

    Performance bonuses and commissions

    Lead generation bonuses

Company vehicle, gas card, phone, uniforms, and tools provided

    Paid licensing and training

Health insurance reimbursement after 6 months

    Leadership growth opportunities
