Pesticide Applicator / Landscape Tech – Flowers, Maintenance & Plants If you’re a licensed applicator who enjoys being in the field, working with plants, and keeping properties looking sharp every week, this is for you. We are hiring a Pesticide Applicator / Landscape Technician to service a portfolio of commercial, HOA, and multi-family communities. This role combines professional chemical applications, flower planting, and weekly weeding maintenance visits. You’ll be responsible for properties that depend on consistent, high-quality care. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers in compliance with all regulations • Perform weekly maintenance weeding visits on assigned commercial, HOA, and multi-family properties • Plant and maintain seasonal flowers, beds, and landscape features • Weed, prune, edge, inspect, and detail landscape areas during routine visits • Walk properties, identify issues, and communicate needs to management • Maintain equipment, truck, and work areas in professional condition Why This Role Is Different: • Properties that value consistency and quality work • Competitive pay based on experience and licensing • Well-maintained equipment and organized systems If you like building pride in “your” sites, and delivering clean, professional results — we want to meet you! Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS CRITICAL IN THIS POSITION! • Valid pesticide applicator license - A/E (or ability to obtain quickly) • Experience with turf, ornamentals, and landscape maintenance preferred • Experience with flower planting, design, grouping, decor, and seasonal pots • Ability to identify a weed • Comfortable with hands-on weeding, bed maintenance, and detail work • Reliable, organized, and able to manage a weekly route independently • Strong work ethic and pride in high-quality results • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation: $24 - $30 hourly
