RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

•Answer incoming calls

•Outbound calling on customer leads

•Schedule appointments

•Follow up calls to customers after animal purchase

•Help maintain customer database

•Assist in animal care as needed

•May include cleaning, animal socialization, and care

•Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

•High school diploma or GED

•Friendly and outgoing personality

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Computer literacy

•Problem solving skills

•Organized and attentive to detail

•Ability to multi-task

•Reliable transportation and attendance

•Ability to sit for long periods of time

•Availability to work evenings and weekends

•Preferred 1 year customer service or retail experience

•Preferred call center or receptionist experience

COMPENSATION:

•Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee

•Pay: $15-$21+ per hour ($15 base + up to 2% bonus based on sales from appointments booked)

•Bonus pay available after training and is based on performance metrics

•Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months
