About the Role
Join a premium mobile grooming team serving happy, repeat clients around southern Indianapolis. We handle the logistics so you can provide luxury, one‑on‑one care in a fully equipped Mercedes‑Benz grooming van - supported by scheduling and client communication tools.
Responsibilities
Deliver full‑cycle grooms with a manageable daily schedule that prioritizes safety and quality.
Work independently in the van while communicating clearly with clients and the team.
Maintain sanitation standards and care for equipment.
Compensation
Daily earnings: $275–$400 per day on average (commission + tips) once a full schedule is established.
Ramp guarantee: While the route grows, you’ll receive $20/hr for scheduled hours. You always earn the greater of your daily earnings or the hourly guarantee.
Benefits & Perks
Health Reimbursement (QSEHRA): Employer-funded reimbursement of eligible individual medical premiums and out-of-pocket expenses under a Qualified Small Employer HRA. Retirement (SIMPLE IRA): Company match through Edward Jones, plus free financial guidance and retirement planning. Eligible after 60 days of employment.
Tools: Monthly sharpening/maintenance credit for shears and blades.
Time Off (PTO): 12 PTO days per year. Accrues after 60 days of employment.
Holidays: Major U.S. holidays off (unpaid).

Supplies: Company covers van fuel and consumables; you bring your personal pro toolkit (shears/clippers).
*If you don’t enroll in the QSEHRA, an alternative Wellness & Growth Credit (e.g., wellness, continuing education, or approved tools) may be elected instead. Details are provided in the offer letter to keep the program straightforward.
What Makes You a Great Fit
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
A team player with great customer service and communication skills.
Professional grooming experience required (job‑ready).
Preferences: mobile experience, confident cat grooming, demonstrated speed with quality (low redos, high rebook rate), and reliability.
Clean driving record; comfortable operating a larger vehicle.
Able to lift and maneuver pets up to 75 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance/equipment.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule
4‑day workweek option (typically four 10‑hour days); final routes set collaboratively.
