Job Summary

We are hiring to support growth and expansion! We’re looking for a skilled Pet Groomers (Mobile and salon or Hybrid) who are passionate about style as they are about wagging tails. At Woofie's, you’ll work with a steady stream of loyal clients, modern equipment, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. If you’re ready to put your grooming talents in the spotlight and make pets (and their people) excited to see you, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Give pets the full spa treatment: bathe, blow-dry, and fluff to perfection

Clip, trim, and style to match breed standards and owner requests (from tidy to totally glam)

Keep an eye out for anything unusual: check skin, coat, and spot possible parasites or irritations

Keep nails neat and safe with careful trims and filing

Make safety your #1 priority—always handling dogs with patience, care, and control

Keep our salon sparkling: follow strict cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting routines

Talk “pet parent”: clearly and kindly explain grooming options, findings, and aftercare to owners

Qualifications

Previous experience (at least 3 yrs) as a pet groomer

Comfortable working with anxious animals

Ability to stand for long periods and lift large dogs over 60 pounds

Willingness to learn new techniques and participate in continuing education

Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and dog owners

Strong attention to detail
