Part-time pet groomer is needed to join our talented team! We are a very busy salon open seven days a week and can offer flexibility with your work days and hours and can fill your schedule. We are also team-oriented and drama-free with great co-workers. Groomers are W-2 and paid 50% commission plus all tips. Responsibilities: • Consult with pet parents regarding their grooming preferences • Bathe and perform scissor cuts and shaving services on pets • Advise pet parents of any potential issues (skin issues, etc) • Consult with pet parents on grooming frequency • Maintain a clean work area and assist with cleaning common areas, such as the bathing room Qualifications: • One year minimum pet grooming experience in a salon or vet clinic, which includes scissor cuts • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Proficient in basic grooming techniques for different breeds of dogs • Knowledge of safety protocols and standards when working with animals • Team player • US work authorization Compensation: $60,000
