    We are seeking a dedicated and organized Pet Groomer Manager to lead our grooming salon operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving salon performance, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and fostering a safe, positive environment for both pets and staff. You will oversee a team of groomers, manage schedules, and provide expert-level grooming services.

    Key Responsibilities

    Salon Operations & Business Growth

    Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling appointments to optimize capacity and revenue.

    Monitor key performance metrics such as salon revenue, partner productivity, and customer satisfaction.

    Manage salon inventory, including ordering grooming supplies, shampoos, and equipment.

    Enforce all safety, sanitation, and operational policies to maintain a healthy workplace

    Team Leadership & Development

    Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all levels of grooming staff and bathers.

    Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to foster staff growth.

    Create efficient work schedules that balance employee availability with customer demand and peak hours.

    Customer Service & Hands-On Grooming

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; handle escalated customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

    Educate pet parents on proper at-home care, wellness services, and products.

    Perform expert-level grooming services—including bathing, brushing, clipping, and nail trimming—when necessary or required by client demand.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of management or leadership experience in a retail, sales, or pet service environment.

    Technical Skills: Proven dog grooming expertise across various breeds and coat types.

    Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a sometimes wet and noisy environment.

    Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

    Software: Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and business management tools.
