We’re looking for a hands-on, sales-driven leader who wants to run the shop like it’s their own — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and gets excited about goals, growth, and winning as a team.

What You’ll Do

Open/close the shop and oversee daily operations (Check- Ins and Check Outs)

Drive Membership and Package sales to hit performance goals

Strategize daily to maximize revenue and fill schedules

Lead community partnerships and local events

Manage inventory, scheduling, and employee time clock corrections

Run team meetings and coach performance

Hold team members accountable to safety, quality, and brand standards

Handle escalated customer concerns professionally

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years leadership experience (retail, service, pet industry)

Strong sales mindset and comfort with KPIs

Excellent Customer Service

Confident decision-maker who can coach and hold accountability

Organized, tech-savvy, and fast-paced

Passion for pets and commitment to safety standards

Strong communication skills
