Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their pets' needs.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.

Restock shelves and ensure inventory is well-presented and accessible.

Provide knowledgeable advice on pet care and product usage.

Engage with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to store promotions and events.

Support the overall team in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for animals and knowledge of pet care products.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
