    ABOUT THE ROLE As the primary person responsible for the company's internal business applications, the IS Administrator ensures the success of systems and data that directly impact the business operations. This includes enterprise-class CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and other supporting systems. While we don't expect one person to be a master of all these tools, we do look for someone with strong understanding of best practices and interest in working across a variety of technologies. The goal of this role is to ensure the success of staff users across the company (your "customers"). This will start with the implementation of systems and transition to continuously maintaining system configuration, understanding data, streamlining business processes, implementing new functionality, and handling daily operational needs. We want someone with a penchant for process automation and data integrity.

    APPLY IF YOU'RE EXCITED TO:

    • Design, manage, and execute system configuration to ensure the smooth operation of our customer success, accounting, and sales functions.
    • Daily administration and support of the data systems including managing user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation of data.
    • Derive requirements from departmental leaders regarding business needs and work with multiple stakeholders on customizations (workflows, fields) to support business processes.
    • Assist with integrations between various business applications as well as other internal and external systems as needed.
    • Keep abreast of new features/functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
    • Start at the ground-level with the team, implementing new systems and best practices.

    ABOUT YOU

    • Minimum 1-2+ years of experience as a “power user" of either Salesforce (SFDC) or NetSuite platforms. Experience in both in some capacity is highly preferred. 
      • Experience during the implementation/transition to one or both of these platforms is also preferred.

       

    • Experience solving real business problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and/or Finance issues.
    • Demonstrable experience analyzing, creating, and documenting processes, procedures, and/or policies. 
    • Keen attention to detail, while handling multiple concurrent projects.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong work ethic.
    • Enjoy collaborating with and supporting other teams and business users under pressure.
