    ABOUT THE ROLE Our customers are veterinary clinics who choose to implement PetDesk as their client communication software to engage with pet parents, enabling them to take better care of our best friends with four paws. Implementation Specialists onboard and configure new PetDesk customers through an inquisitive, consultative, and refreshingly personable post-sales process, uncovering and resolving unique needs that allow pet care provider businesses to thrive.

    APPLY IF YOU'RE EXCITED TO:

    • Be responsible for the initial impressions of PetDesk to customers in the post-sale process.
    • Think through complex ideas, then break them down into simple terms and actionable items.
    • Analyze and interpret results in our backend system to inform the customer, problem-solve through issues, and give accurate and confident responses. 
    • Provide guidance to other functions and maintain a collaborative relationship across teams, serving as a positive and effective liaison to other departments. 
    • Learn a ton about the pet care industry and use that knowledge to provide a holistic customer experience. 
    • Use a customer success-based conversation approach that focuses on educating new customers on how we can help improve clinic processes and save staff time to better care for pets.

     

    ABOUT YOU

    • Minimum 1-year experience in customer support or customer success with primary customer communication over the phone. Software onboarding or implementation experience is strongly preferred.
    • Professional and positive demeanor on and off the phone and in written communications.
    • Wildly invested in the happiness and success of your customers.
    • Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
    • Proficient in the use of software and able to troubleshoot technology.
    • Excellent multi-tasker with the ability to self-manage and get the highest priority tasks done.

    COMPENSATION & MORE Pay for this role starts at $26/hr. This is a full-time role with benefits.
