As a Puppy Concierge (inside sales associate) you will provide a personal touch concierge like service to puppy buyers in search of their next four legged companion. We will ensure you receive the training and skills necessary to meet and exceed your professional goals.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Experience with phone sales in a high-paced environment. No cold calling necessary.
• Feels eager to fulfill happiness and companionship for others.
• Able to affect positive change through training and/or critical feedback.
• Adaptable. Thrives under pressure while maintaining accountability.
• Flexible work schedule. Weekday, weekend and evening shifts a must.
• Ability to find creative solutions when faced with new challenges or tough conversations
• Bilingual a plus but not necessary.
• Comfortable spending time on the phone with leads

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ successful years in sales
• Highly adaptable and able to work in an environment where things change quickly
• Excellent communication skills. Very personable. Charismatic.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, positive attitude with a high personal drive
