Our client, a west Omaha law firm, is seeking to add a Paralegal to join their team.

This firm provides a competitive salary and great benefits package.

Successful qualifications and responsibilities of Paralegal:

• Three to five years of Paralegal experience, preferably in medical malpractice

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies

• Ability to demonstrate effective analytical and organizational skills when interpreting, preparing, and finalizing legal documents, pleadings and disclosures

• Previous experience managing and requesting medical records

• Utilize a variety of software and on-line applications to assist with discovery and organizing, summarizing, and producing documents

• Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal form
