The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements • Develop and execute the marketing plan for the team that drives brand awareness and sales • Copywriting, video creation, social media content, video production • Developing content utilizing team experts, affiliates, and industry leaders • Create /source and schedule content on multiple social media platforms • Success is determined by the ability to drive engagements through the multiple marketing channels • Measurement and analysis of marketing performance • Manage and update various marketing assets for the team • Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Manage the digital marketing campaigns through Google and Facebook Advertising. • Support sales agents with the marketing of listings including social, email and print marketing. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required Advanced knowledge of current market trends Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations • Minimum 3 years marketing/brand management experience • Must be able to demonstrate past achievements and successes • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing or related major required • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Must exhibit a strong understanding of latest marketing trends • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
