Responsibilities: Responsibilities: • Support the Owner/Team Leader in all aspects of running a successful real estate team. • Develop and build your sales pipeline of clients. • Assist in managing client databases and property listings with precision and care. • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency of our operations. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, absorbing knowledge and skills for a successful career in real estate. Qualifications: Qualifications:Must have a GA Real Estate License. • Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate industry. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with modern technology and willingness to adopt new tools. • A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement. Compensation: $18 - $22.50 hourly
