Job Description

This busy and established, full-service law firm represents multiple cities and villages in a broad range of municipal law matters, including development agreements, TIF work, zoning, land use, property acquisitions, utility work, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) responses and litigation, all aspects of transactional work, civil rights litigation, and union negotiations. Candidates should have 5-7 years of municipal law experience for this position.

The candidate will have to perform a variety of difficult and complex legal tasks, including attending board meetings as the meeting parliamentarian. Our firm offers:
