Job Summary

A Retail Sales Consultant focuses on delivering a great client experience and caring environment for our puppies. Pettito Sales Consultants engage everyone they interact with using their strong communication skills and owns the end-to-end process from the first interaction to a successful purchase.

Responsibilities

Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate end-to-end sale process.

Ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately.

Educate, promote and sell Pettito’s pet care subscriptions.

Ensure puppy spaces are up to standard (Clean, Sanitized, Brand and Functional).

Coordinate with other Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service.

Provide all customer feedback gathered to the Store Manager.

Operate with a ‘puppy first’ mentality to provide the best care to safeguard their well-being and comfort.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Flexibility to work various shifts (Mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Climb up and down ladders

Handle care items and store merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 15 pounds
