Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ more years of collection experience and inbound call center experience
• 1+ year of customer service
• Knowledge or experience with Bankruptcy, Estate or Charge off preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Partners with business and internal peer partners to provide counsel and advice regarding communications plans, strategies and/or tactics to support enterprise initiatives.
• Writes, publishes and/or edits operational communications material, may include multimedia content.
• Engages internal clients to understand business objectives and identify key messages, target audiences and intended outcomes.
• Performs complex work assignments and problem resolution.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for complex initiatives.
• Influences and guides to recommend appropriate communication strategy, message content and media to meet needs of audience.
• Assembles key participants, guides and facilitates cross-functional teams in the strategy development and implementation of communication initiatives.
• Ensures related communication is clear, concise, accurate, and relevant.
• Demonstrates expertise in multiple writing styles and in content development for all message types and media channels, ensuring overall look and tone of communications is consistent across all channels.
• Influences final content direction and negotiates approval of communication materials.
• Acquires and applies advanced knowledge of business, its products and processes.
