Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Researching closing documents, ensure they were properly executed and then upload to a shared drive.
• Analyze income, assets, credit, real estate property appraisals, homeowner’s insurance, mortgage and flood insurance, title commitments and loan conditions for approval to include loan credit decisions.
• Daily production goals will be set and increased over time, multi tasking and be able to work with limited supervision once the skill is mastered.
